Syphio is operated by Ludovic Fournier in France. By using the service, you accept these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Syphio is a Shopify Theme Verification Runtime. It returns Findings with source Evidence, Explain, Validation and known limitations for a submitted snapshot.

The current Limited Preview has no Shopify write access and does not deploy changes. The public Demo is sample data, not an audit of a real merchant. Upload remains closed until its retention and deletion workflow is activated.

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You retain ownership of submitted material. You grant Syphio a limited right to host, copy and process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You must have authority to submit and share it.

A report marked Published can be opened by anyone with its URL. Remove secrets and personal or confidential data before publication. Syphio may withdraw a public link to protect rights, security or the service.

You must not submit unlawful or malicious material, interfere with the service, evade safeguards or quotas, access another user's data, test security without written authorization, or resell or automate access outside the interfaces Syphio provides.

Free includes two audits per calendar month. The Free quota resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month.

One audit is one Runtime execution started against one accepted Shopify theme snapshot.

An audit is consumed when the Runtime starts processing an accepted snapshot.

A rejected upload, failed preflight, or Syphio failure before a result is produced does not consume an audit. If reserved, the audit is restored automatically.

An audit stopped by the user after Runtime processing starts remains consumed.

Unused audits do not roll over or transfer. Evidence, Explain, Validation, Limited Fix Preview and review of existing reports are not separate usage units. When the Free quota is exhausted, new audits are blocked until the next reset. Existing reports and every result already produced remain available.

Pro is not currently for sale. A Pro access request is not an order, subscription, or promise of access.

A waitlist request creates no payment obligation. Before any paid offer, Syphio will display price, tax, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms for affirmative acceptance.

Pro is intended to remove the audit-count cap for ordinary interactive workspace use. Security, concurrency, abuse-prevention, and infrastructure safeguards still apply and are not billable usage credits.

Findings concern the analyzed snapshot and are not a promise that every defect was found. Evidence, Validation and known limitations are part of the result. You remain responsible for review, testing and deployment decisions.

Syphio and its licensors retain rights in the service, Runtime, Rule Registry, interface and documentation. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the service while your access is active.

Authentication, hosting, email, database and historical billing may rely on third-party services governed by their own terms. Shopify is not responsible for Syphio.

The service is provided as available, without a promise of uptime, completeness or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Syphio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using Free at any time. Syphio may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address abuse or enforce these Terms. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.

Syphio may change the service or these Terms. Material changes will be dated and communicated before taking effect where required. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remaining Terms.
